Experiential learning
learning by doing. Instead of only reading, listening, or memorizing, people learn through activities, making, testing, reflecting, and trying again.
Learning through experience is much older than any one educator. However, psychologist David A. Kolb gave experiential learning a widely used modern framework in 1984. His model moves through four connected steps: having an experience, reflecting on it, thinking about what it means, and testing a new action.
Jewish futurism uses experiential learning in workshops, games, art-making, and ritual experiments.
